DC Film Club
The DC Film Club was established in May 2009 to bring Young Leaders together in an informal, social setting to watch movies with immigration and refugee themes. So far, events have featured films such as Chasing Freedom, God Grew Tired of Us, James' Journey to Jerusalem, 9500 Liberty, Pray the Devil Back to Hell, Refusenik, The Visitor, and Sweet Land. Most events are held at the home of one of the Young Leaders, and all attendees are asked to bring a small dish to share.
